What you will do

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices and prepare payments according to schedules.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Generate customer invoices and assist with accounts receivable collection follow-ups.
• Maintain financial records and perform account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries and supporting schedules.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and support financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable or Accounting Officer.
• Experience supporting businesses in Australian and Singaporean accounting environments (GST knowledge preferred).
• Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
