What you will do

• Maintain accuracy of A/P ledgers and perform regular account reconciliations.
• Manage vendor data, validate new accounts, and maintain detailed audit records.
• Process supplier invoices timely and accurately within enterprise accounting systems.
• Prepare supplier payments according to the defined timetable for approval.
• Assist with month-end processes including prepayments, accruals, and bank reconciliations.
• Resolve supplier queries and ensure strict compliance with financial procedures.

Requirements

• Exceptional educational achievements in an Accounting or Finance subject.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills, including pivots and lookups.
• Experience using an enterprise-level accounting system.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers.
• Must be based in the EMEA region.
