What you will do

• Provide expert guidance to HR and business stakeholders on pay, incentives, and benefits.
• Support core reward processes including annual salary reviews and bonus cycles.
• Maintain pay structures, job evaluation processes, and grading frameworks.
• Manage benefits administration, including annual renewals and provider liaison.
• Use data and reporting to identify trends and support leadership decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with reward regulations and internal governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Advisor roles.
• Hands-on experience with benefits administration and insured benefits.
• Strong data management skills with the ability to present clear insights.
• Understanding of reward principles like salary benchmarking and job evaluation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Warrington, UK.
