Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in-office per week in New York City, NY)
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 Gross

What you will do
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support culture-building programs.
- Partner with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver HR programs effectively.
- Provide HR insights and data to leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including a strong background in a senior HR generalist role.
- In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Strong capability to act as a trusted advisor to management and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills for handling sensitive and complex employee issues.
- Must be based in New York City for hybrid office attendance.
