Compensation: $121,000 – $136,000

What you will do

• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations to support the month-end close process.
• Maintain SOX-ready documentation and provide support for internal and external audits.
• Utilize NetSuite and integrated tools like FloQast, Zip, and Ramp to streamline GL operations.
• Partner with Finance Systems & Automation teams to automate manual reporting and reconciliations.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving the scalability and accuracy of global accounting operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or CPA-track preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in tech or high-growth environments.
• Strong technical understanding of US GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Must be based in New York, NY for on-site work.
