What you will do

• Manage daily and monthly US GAAP accounting tasks for foreign acquisitions.
• Execute month-end close, including account reconciliations and consolidation in NetSuite.
• Review intercompany transactions and eliminations across subsidiaries.
• Assist Australian accounting teams with statutory financial statements and external audits.
• Maintain accounting documentation, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
• Support due diligence and integration for new international market launches and expansions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience (Big 4 public accounting strongly preferred).
• BA or BS degree in Accounting.
• Foundational understanding of U.S. GAAP (exposure to IFRS is preferred).
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus).
• Must be based in the US to qualify for the listed compensation range.
• CPA track is strongly preferred.
