What you will do

• Collaborate with moderators and journalists to prepare briefing materials and prep calls.
• Work cross-functionally with editorial, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Extend event content across editorial, video, audio, and social platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience programming live events in sports, media, or entertainment.
• Deep knowledge of the sports landscape, including leagues, athletes, and key storylines.
• Proven experience in sourcing, booking, and managing high-profile talent.
• Strong editorial instincts and the ability to shape compelling narratives.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Willingness to travel for events as needed.
