What you will do

• Maintain and update program databases with accurate information.
• Review contractor submissions to ensure alignment with program requirements.
• Resolve disputed rebate claim data by communicating with customers and contractors.
• Provide expertise and guidance to customers regarding program policies and participation.
• Offer technical support and programmatic training to contractors.

Requirements

• Must be based in Oregon
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Spanish is required
• Knowledge of the Energy Efficiency realm.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
