What you will do

• Provide assistance to customers and contractors via email and phone regarding energy program participation.
• Educate stakeholders on residential, solar, and commercial energy conservation program details.
• Manage participant intake data and ensure all paperwork is accurate and meets contractual obligations.
• Document conversations and provide recommendations on products or services.
• Maintain a large database of trade allies and ensure all information remains current.
• Coordinate with internal and external departments to prepare and review program participation documentation.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
• Ability to work remotely with a focus on Oregon-based program requirements
