Location: Must be based in the U.S. and available to work 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

What you will do

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls for prospective clients with professionalism and empathy.
  • Conduct client intake by capturing and documenting lead information accurately.
  • Provide general information regarding elderly care legal services.
  • Relay qualified leads and updates to the sales and legal teams.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client records across internal systems.
  • Ensure high responsiveness and service quality in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Prior experience in client-facing intake, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner.
  • High attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to manage high-volume call environments independently.
  • Must be available for a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) within EST time zone.
