Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center operations.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Tempe, AZ to meet the hybrid onsite requirements.
• Proficiency in Spanish to support Spanish-speaking customers.
