What you will do
- Lead financial modeling and investment analysis for pricing strategy, product packaging, and fiber network expansion.
- Evaluate capital allocation decisions using NPV, IRR, payback period, and cohort-based analysis.
- Develop and maintain Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Cost per Gross Add (CPGA) models to optimize acquisition efficiency.
- Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the FTTH consumer segment.
- Partner with executive leadership, commercial, and operations teams to align financial plans with business priorities.
- Analyze key business metrics (ARPU, churn, penetration) and translate them into actionable strategic insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
- 6–10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced financial modeling.
- Proven experience with return-based decision frameworks (NPV, IRR).
- Strong ability to present complex analyses to senior executives.
- Must be authorized to work in the US
Nice to have
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, or top-tier management consulting.
- Background in telecommunications, fiber, or other subscription-based capital-intensive industries.
- MBA or other advanced business degree.
