What you will do

• Own finance business partnerships with VPs and C-level stakeholders to drive strategic plans.
• Build and maintain financial models, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
• Present financial deliverables and insights to the C-suite.
• Manage P&L analysis to identify improvement areas and drive cost optimization.
• Develop financial policies and procedures to enhance forecasting accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support long-term revenue generation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 7+ years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Expert knowledge in Excel.
• Proven experience in P&L management and reporting.
• Experience as a finance business partner supporting senior leadership.
• Fluency in English (C1 level) is required for this global role.
• Experience managing teams.
