What you will do

• Lead the long-term technical vision, architecture, and strategy for Finance and People platforms.
• Establish governance and control frameworks to ensure auditability, compliance, and public-company readiness.
• Scale engineering capabilities within business platform teams, moving toward deep technical platform ownership.
• Define and execute the strategy for automation and AI adoption across internal business platforms.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships to ensure high standards of quality and innovation.
• Act as a senior partner to Finance, People, and executive leadership to translate roadmap and risk into strategic narratives.

Requirements

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise platform or infrastructure organizations in high-growth tech environments.
• Proven track record of operating in or preparing organizations for public company environments.
• Deep expertise across enterprise systems such as ERP, HRIS, or financial platforms.
• Strong systems thinking with a deep understanding of architecture, integrations, and data flows.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing platform teams.
• Ability to effectively partner with executive leaders and technical teams.
