What you will do

• Own the integrated long-term crew recruitment and training demand plan for a 12–36 month horizon.
• Develop and maintain long-term training capacity plans, including simulator and instructor resource allocation.
• Monitor training performance, tracking metrics like simulator utilization, throughput, and cost per activity.
• Lead transformation projects to improve planning accuracy, data quality, and operational reliability.
• Act as the central interface between Group Training, Crew Planning, Recruitment, and Finance departments.
• Perform root cause analysis on deviations to drive data-based operational improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• 3-5+ years of experience in planning, analytics, operations, or performance management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation, Economics, or Mathematics.
• Strong understanding of capacity planning, forecasting methodologies, and performance measurement.
