What you will do

• Plan and coordinate work across multiple cross-functional teams to ensure operational delivery.
• Facilitate meetings, manage project documentation, and track tasks to meet deadlines.
• Drive the full project lifecycle from kickoff to release, coordinating internal and outsource teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders to maintain transparency on project progress and alignment.
• Improve cross-departmental workflows and operational efficiency using management methodologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency with task trackers and documentation tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict management skills.
• Analytical mindset and systems thinking approach to problem-solving.
• Must be based in Poland or Ukraine.
