What you will do

  • Lead and develop the Project Managers team, establishing governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Oversee the delivery of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery standards with a focus on Agile and hybrid models.
  • Partner with the COO and CIO to translate strategic goals into executable project roadmaps.
  • Manage executive-level reporting and relationships with stakeholders and third-party vendors.
  • Provide mentoring and performance management to cross-functional delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management, with at least 3 years in a Head of Projects or similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex project portfolios in technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technology delivery.
  • Expertise in project governance, portfolio management, and risk management.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, or Gaming is considered a strong advantage.
