What you will do

• Monitor Appian queues to ensure efficient work flow and accurate case routing throughout the day.
• Lead email categorization quality by identifying gaps and fixing misrouting issues to reduce operational friction.
• Perform daily and periodic checks to ensure cases are updated and move within SLA timelines.
• Escalate high-risk or urgent items to Nexus and Genesis teams to drive swift resolution.
• Maintain and update the Appian Admin Portal to ensure reliable system management.
• Support the testing and rollout of new features, providing functional feedback to improve system utility.

Requirements

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and assess urgency under pressure.
• Experience managing operational queues or workflows with a focus on accuracy and timing.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder alignment and escalation.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple moving parts.
