What you will do
- Own the post-sale revenue number, focusing on renewals and expansions for Leonardo AI, Flourish, and Remove.bg.
- Lead and develop a team of CSMs and AEs across EMEA, AMER, and APJ.
- Establish commercial operating rhythms, including pipeline reviews and renewal forecasting.
- Drive the Canva Paper migration for existing customers while capturing upsell opportunities.
- Partner with Regional Sales leaders and BU Lead on account strategy and co-sell motions.
- Build scalable CS playbooks and implement tooling using SFDC and Gong.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning revenue metrics such as renewals, expansions, and NRR.
- Leadership experience in post-sale or renewal teams within the SaaS industry.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and executive presence for enterprise customers.
- Experience building operating models and playbooks in high-growth, ambiguous environments.
- History of navigating product transitions or platform migrations with commercial accountability.
- Ability to align regional sales, product, and finance teams around shared goals.
