What you will do

• Lead compute discovery, architecture design, sizing, and performance mapping for customer workloads.
• Translate technical requirements into tailored bare metal, GPU/accelerated compute, and storage configurations.
• Deliver technical demos, workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and proofs of concept to validate solution feasibility.
• Act as the technical compute specialist within Sales Pods to qualify opportunities and remove technical blockers.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
• Guide customers through evaluations, pilots, and technical onboarding to ensure early success and adoption.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• Hands-on expertise in bare metal compute, GPU/accelerated compute, server architecture, and virtualization.
• Strong understanding of workload performance planning, compute buying cycles, and solution selling.
• Knowledge of hybrid architectures, containerization, and provisioning workflows.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals to integrate compute solutions into broader architectures.
• Must be based in or able to work in San Francisco, California.
