What you will do

• Drive pre-sales activities from opportunity identification and scoping to booking.
• Design and manage the lifecycle of standard and complex Data Center solutions.
• Consult with clients to understand internal needs and offer technical remediation options.
• Develop proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and technical documentation.
• Lead project launch and design phases independently and effectively.
• Support technical teams through project workshops, kickoff calls, and lessons-learned meetings.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a pre-sales capacity providing guidance on data center solutions.
• Deep familiarity with storage platforms such as NetApp, Cohesity, Nutanix, and Pure.
• Experience with compute hardware from vendors like Dell, HPE, Intel, and SuperMicro.
• Strong understanding of SAN/NAS, virtualization, and storage media (HDD, SSD, NVMe, Optane).
• Ability to create SOWs and articulate a company's value to stakeholders.
• US-based residency required (indicated by 401k and US-specific health benefits).
