What you will do

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to identify opportunities, lead capture efforts, and develop technical proposals.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, aligning architectural designs with mission objectives.
• Lead the integration of complex systems including compute, storage, networking, and virtualization.
• Identify emerging technologies to inform the company's strategic roadmap and solution portfolio.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Deep expertise in data center architecture, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Strong understanding of networking and security principles.
• Proven experience collaborating with sales teams in a pre-sales or solutioning capacity.

Nice to have

• Experience working with the U.S. Navy or familiarity with DoD architecture frameworks (DoDAF) and security standards (RMF, NIST).
• Relevant certifications such as AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, VMware, or CISSP.
• Knowledge of application development, specifically MS Power Platform or other low-code solutions.
