UX Designer (Healthcare)

TL;DR

UX Designer (Healthcare): Improving the usability of a health tech platform to enable care professionals to make better informed decisions with an accent on user research and high-fidelity prototyping. Location: Remote (USA). In-office events requiring travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City are expected.

Salary: $48.92 - $54.37 USD per hour

What you will do

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
• Create detailed mockups and prototypes to articulate functionality and design.
• Refine user personas and map user journeys to improve platform usability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement UX best practices.
• Champion user-centric design standards throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Degree in UX Design, IT, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Expert-level professional UX design experience with a strong eye for visual design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, DoveTail, Adobe, or Protopie.
• Experience working in an agile environment and managing competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for discussing specifications with engineers.
• Experience with usability testing and analytics platforms.
