What you will do

• Lead the design of digital experiences across websites and web platforms, including UX flows, wireframes, and UI components.
• Translate strategy and content requirements into sitemaps, user journeys, and scalable design systems.
• Create high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and custom graphics aligned with brand identity.
• Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Guide clients through feedback, revisions, and approvals while articulating design rationale.
• Provide mentorship to junior designers and contribute to a collaborative creative environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design, ideally in an agency or client-facing environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for building wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, information architecture, and content hierarchy.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product execution.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.

• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
