What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for API-based payment rails, card solutions, and real-time payments.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and design teams to deliver seamless, high-performance payment experiences.
• Define and optimize product performance through KPIs, market trend analysis, and client feedback loops.
• Drive the integration of Generative AI capabilities for intelligent payment routing and workflow automation.
• Partner with the Sales organization to provide expert solution recommendations and lead product demonstrations.
• Ensure all payment channel products comply with global regulatory requirements such as AML, KYC, and data privacy standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Management with a focus on payments, APIs, or technical products.
• Proven background in electronic payments including ACH, wires, SWIFT, and real-time payment schemes.
• Expertise in API design and developer experience, including RESTful APIs and developer portals.
• Demonstrated ability to apply or oversee Generative AI solutions within a financial services context.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX as this is an office-based role.

Nice to have

• Experience with ISO 20022 migration and network-level value-added services.
• Deep understanding of corporate treasury and cash management workflows.
• Familiarity with UX design principles for complex financial interfaces.
