What you will do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for the Connect product, specifically focusing on accounts and transaction APIs.
• Devise strategy and oversee execution for high-impact initiatives serving modern marketplaces and software platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and global teams to deploy user-centric products.
• Build and coach a team of product managers, mentoring them on requirement definition and delivery best practices.
• Engage with external customers and internal leadership to refine product plans and strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a product manager.
• 3+ years of experience managing other product managers.
• Proven track record of leading cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Technical expertise, such as a background in computer science or experience leading technical products.
• Experience building new products (0 to 1) and delivering continuous improvements to existing portfolios.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working on platform or marketplace products.
• Experience in the paytech or fintech domains.
