What you will do

• Own products from initial ideation through launch, iteration, and performance monitoring.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and priorities in partnership with Engineering and Design.
• Translate business, customer, and operational needs into clear, technical product specifications.
• Design intuitive experiences that simplify complex financial and crypto concepts for users.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to design scalable, secure, and reliable blockchain solutions.
• Analyze user behavior and funnels to improve adoption, retention, and revenue.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building credit card, crypto, fintech, or money movement products.
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to understand APIs, system architecture, and data flows.
• Proven track record of shipping products in fast-moving startup environments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating detailed product specifications.
