Strategic Project Manager (EdTech)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-value and high-risk enterprise LMS implementation projects from scoping through to go-live.
• Manage full technical delivery including system configuration, data migration, and integrations with HRIS, SSO, SCORM/xAPI, and APIs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to bridge the gap between customer requirements and the product roadmap.
• Mentor and coach other Project Managers and evolve the PMO's playbooks, templates, and delivery standards.
• Build trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders to ensure long-term advocacy and high customer satisfaction.
• Identify project risks early and establish robust contingency plans to ensure stability and performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a focus on enterprise-scale software or LMS delivery.
• Strong technical knowledge of APIs, SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth), and SCORM/xAPI content standards.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent formal project management certification.
• Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, Miro, and Notion.
• Proven track record of mentoring other PMs and raising delivery standards.
