Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing project management role delivering SaaS solutions.
• Proven experience in the call recording or telephony industry.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and project management methodologies.
• Expertise in resource and risk management.
• Ability to plan and coordinate complex projects several months in advance.
