Technical Project Manager (AI Cloud Infrastructure)

Location: London, UK, with hybrid working and required global travel

hirify.global operates Hyperstack, a full-stack AI cloud providing on-demand and private GPU infrastructure for AI researchers and enterprise customers.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI and HPC cluster deployment projects from commercial handoff through procurement, data centre readiness, hardware delivery, and customer handover.
• Coordinate Solutions Architecture, Engineering, Procurement, Datacentre Planning, Commercial, Legal, and Finance stakeholders while driving accountability across workstreams.
• Attend data centres during hardware delivery to manage logistics, suppliers, and physical deployment activities.
• Lead customer-facing steering committees and project updates throughout delivery.
• Build PMO governance from scratch, including RAID logs, milestone tracking, project templates, executive dashboards, and scalable delivery standards.
• Mentor project owners and department leads as PMO practices are embedded across the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience personally owning and completing complex, multi-stakeholder technology infrastructure projects end to end.
• Working knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including power, networking, hardware procurement, and physical deployment.
• Experience managing commercial and contractual workstreams alongside technical delivery and working with Legal and Finance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills at C-suite and customer level.
• Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership and limited supervision.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in London and travel globally, including to data centres.

Nice to have

• Experience with HPC or AI/GPU cluster deployments or other high-density compute environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience building or scaling PMO capability in a scale-up or high-growth business.
• Background in neo-cloud, managed infrastructure, or enterprise technology deployment.
