What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI and HPC cluster deployment projects from commercial handoff through to customer handover.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Solutions Architecture, Engineering, Procurement, Datacentre Planning, and Commercial.
• Manage on-site logistics and supplier coordination at data centers during hardware delivery.
• Lead customer-facing steering committees and project updates as the primary face of the delivery function.
• Build PMO governance from scratch, including RAID logs, milestone tracking, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate financing and commercial approval milestones in collaboration with legal and finance.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology infrastructure projects end-to-end.
• Solid grounding in data center infrastructure, including power, networking, and hardware procurement.
• Experience managing commercial and contractual workstreams alongside technical delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills at the C-suite and customer level.
• Experience operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership.
• Must be based in London and available for global travel

Nice to have

• Direct exposure to HPC, AI/GPU cluster deployments, or high-density compute environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
• Experience building or scaling PMO capability within a high-growth scale-up.
• Background in neo-cloud, managed infrastructure, or enterprise technology deployment.
