What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of complex software implementation projects from contract signature to service handover.
• Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer organizations and emergency services stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage project budgets and provide accurate reporting to senior governance boards.
• Oversee third-party contractors to ensure alignment with quality and delivery standards.

Requirements

• Must be able to undergo SC (Security Check) clearance.
• Must have a pre-existing right to work in the UK.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale software implementations.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and tools.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical problem-solving skills.
