What you will do

• Act as the single point of contact for multiple client orders and project lifecycles.
• Manage project timelines, critical tasks, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate internal team and external customer meetings to ensure project alignment.
• Identify and resolve order-related issues to minimize customer attrition.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including setup and implementation records.
• Monitor project progress and prepare interim and completion reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must have Telecom Project Coordination experience.
• Must be based in Latin America.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software programs.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
