What you will do

• Act as the single point of contact for multiple client orders, managing timelines and critical tasks.
• Coordinate across internal groups and resources to resolve order-related issues.
• Track project progress, manage resources, and supervise workflows for multiple concurrent projects.
• Collect and maintain documentation, including customer set-up and implementation records.
• Facilitate internal team and external customer meetings to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare interim and final project completion reports to track performance and status.

Requirements

• Must be based in El Salvador.
• Proven experience in Telecom Project Coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
