Technical Project Manager (Core Network)

What you will do

• Lead project planning, including scope, milestones, and technical dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, integration, validation, and acceptance phases.
• Manage technical risks and define mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary technical interface for R&D teams and customer stakeholders.
• Perform technical reviews of key documentation including HLD, LLD, and test strategies.
• Report on project status, progress, and results to internal and external leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Telecommunications or Electrotechnical Engineering.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in telecom software solution development or system integration.
• Solid understanding of Core Network elements (HSS, HLR, UDM, AUSF) and mobile network architectures.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux, databases (SQL, MariaDB, Oracle), and telecom protocols (Diameter, HTTP/2, SIP).
• Experience with Cloud/Virtualized architectures (VNF, CNF) and OSS/BSS frameworks.
