What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical project delivery, including milestone planning and progress tracking.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues within SDM solutions and network nodes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage end-customer and stakeholder relationships, translating technical complexities into clear communication.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 4 years as a Project Technical Lead/Manager.
• Deep expertise in 4G and 5G call flows, Packet Core, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and IoT.
• Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit for Portugal.
• English proficiency level B2.
• Availability for a hybrid work model (2 days per week in Lisbon).
