What you will do
- Manage the assigned geography to support the launch of Lymphir to hematology-oncology and dermatology practices and academic institutions.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with KOLs, medical centers, pharmacies, and other key stakeholders.
- Execute business plans and analyze performance trends to optimize commercial potential and exceed sales goals.
- Convey complex scientific, reimbursement, and business information to healthcare providers using customer-centric selling skills.
- Collaborate with internal medical affairs and cross-functional teams to ensure an integrated approach to account management.
- Manage the territory budget and utilize CRM systems (Veeva) to maximize field efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hematology/oncology or rare disease sales.
- Must be based in the New Jersey territory.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and existing relationships with oncology KOLs.
- Deep understanding of Infusion/Buy and Bill reimbursement and Patient Support Service HUB models.
- Proficiency with VEEVA systems.
