Salary: USD 200,000 - 215,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Manage the assigned geography to support the launch of Lymphir to hematology-oncology and dermatology practices and academic institutions.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with KOLs, medical centers, pharmacies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Execute business plans and analyze performance trends to optimize commercial potential and exceed sales goals.
  • Convey complex scientific, reimbursement, and business information to healthcare providers using customer-centric selling skills.
  • Collaborate with internal medical affairs and cross-functional teams to ensure an integrated approach to account management.
  • Manage the territory budget and utilize CRM systems (Veeva) to maximize field efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hematology/oncology or rare disease sales.
  • Must be based in the New Jersey territory.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and existing relationships with oncology KOLs.
  • Deep understanding of Infusion/Buy and Bill reimbursement and Patient Support Service HUB models.
  • Proficiency with VEEVA systems.
