What you will do

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather requirements and implement Single Sign On (SSO) connections.
• Provide product analysis for a dynamic Agile development team.
• Troubleshoot issues by analyzing system logs, HTTP traces, and database queries.
• Support cybersecurity and authorization infrastructure software components.
• Work within the Customer Protection Experience team to enhance security for web business applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 3-5 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
• Knowledge of Single Sign On, SAML 2.0, or OIDC is a bonus.
• Experience with application or Splunk logs is a bonus.
