What you will do

• Identify and prioritize needs for requirements and safety workstreams to ensure implementation into E/E systems.
• Build cross-functional plans, define acceptance criteria, and deliver Technology Roadmap outcomes.
• Reconcile gaps in timelines and proactively address dependencies, risks, and change management.
• Serve as a conduit between Engineering, Safety, and other critical functions.
• Apply program management best practices to report status and drive execution of milestones to leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or TPM in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or automotive industries.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional programs and communicating with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing a cross-functional roadmap, including risks and dependencies.
• Strong negotiation, prioritization, and concise communication skills.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Ann Arbor, MI.

Nice to have

• Specific experience in the Autonomous Vehicle industry.
• Experience designing and releasing to safety standards.
• Experience integrating safety cases and requirements into Systems and SW design.
• Experience leading a team through a production launch.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
