Product Manager (DevSecOps)

Salary: $118,150 - $159,850 USD

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product vision and deliver outcomes for software vendors, government evaluators, and platform operators.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, focusing on career development and performance management.
• Prioritize the product backlog by balancing customer, business, and technical priorities.
• Synthesize government requirements and compliance obligations into a coherent product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Growth and Engineering teams to align on value propositions, pricing, and technical tradeoffs.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies to drive value delivery and roadmap alignment across the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience managing software, platform engineering, or SRE teams.
• High-level understanding of Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud providers (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity authorization processes such as ATO or FedRAMP.
• Experience with DevSecOps tooling and software supply chain security concepts.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Linear, or GitHub Projects.

Nice to have

• Hands-on technical experience with platform or software engineering.
• Knowledge of and experience with monetization models for open source software.
