What you will do

• Collaborate with Navy Tech Leads to establish and execute technical roadmaps for mission outcomes.
• Align product roadmaps with delivery goals to drive feature adoption and mission value.
• Facilitate feedback loops between delivery and product segments regarding open-source projects and services.
• Balance competing priorities from users, customers, and stakeholders to ensure scalable delivery.
• Foster a culture of growth, mentorship, and coaching within the engineering team.
• Apply company best practices to build robust, secure delivery solutions.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active SECRET clearance.
• Proficiency in translating complex pain points into actionable roadmaps for value delivery.
• Expertise in modern software development practices including DevSecOps, Continuous Delivery, and User-Centered Design.
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and navigating diverse Agile frameworks.
• Ability to understand architectural decisions and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for software delivery within the Department of Defense or similar high-stakes tech environments.
