Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Greenville, South Carolina, USA; hybrid with 3 days per week onsite

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annual starting range, dependent on experience, geography, and industry knowledge; eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications.
• Provide market data and recommendations to support recruitment decisions.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing, sourcing, and talent pipeline strategies.
• Evaluate candidates against role requirements and present qualified candidate slates.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
