Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

Location: Hybrid in Gaithersburg, Maryland, United States, with in-office work 1–2 days per week and remote work from a home office or other suitable location.

Salary: $81,000–$92,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles from intake through offer acceptance.
• Recruit for high-volume positions in the production lab, customer service, and billing teams.
• Partner with hiring managers and internal recruiters to define role requirements and success behaviors.
• Screen candidates, source talent through job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter, and maintain communication throughout the process.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience aligned with hirify.global’s mission and values.
• Track recruitment activity accurately in Greenhouse and ensure compliance with OFCCP standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume recruiting in a corporate environment.
• Strong communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with sourcing and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS, and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
• Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Gaithersburg, Maryland, including 1–2 in-office days per week.
