TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Federal IT): Identify and recruit technical candidates for federal government projects using databases, job boards, and networks with an accent on full lifecycle recruitment for cleared professionals in ERP/BI, web services, cloud, cyber, and mission IT. Focus on sourcing, negotiating offers, supporting sales teams, and assisting with onboarding and employee relations.

Location: Tysons, VA (onsite). Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 USD

What you will do

  • Identify qualified technical candidates via M9 database, job boards, social media, and networks.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and sales teams to support hiring needs.
  • Provide candidates with accurate information on M9 and opportunities.
  • Originate leads for sales teams.
  • Handle full lifecycle recruitment: negotiate salaries, terms, and present offers.
  • Assist candidates through onboarding and maintain post-hire communication.
  • Meet activity metrics and maintain clear communication for a productive environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Federal IT technical staffing recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting full-time hires in ERP/BI, Web Services, Cloud, Cyber, or Mission IT.
  • Recruiting technical candidates for W2 hourly and salaried positions.
  • Success recruiting cleared professionals (Public Trust, Secret, TS/SCI).
  • US work authorization required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with ATS like Greenhouse; MS Office (Word, Excel); strong communication and customer service skills.
