Talent Acquisition Specialist (Federal IT)

Location: Tysons, Virginia, United States; onsite corporate team role

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Source qualified technical candidates through databases, job boards, social media, professional networks, and other resources.
• Collaborate with recruiters and Sales teams to support staffing activities and originate leads.
• Present hirify.global and open opportunities accurately while maintaining clear candidate communication.
• Manage full lifecycle recruitment, including salary and employment-term negotiations and offer presentation.
• Support candidates throughout onboarding and maintain communication with placed employees.
• Track recruiting activity against defined metrics and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience recruiting technical staff for Federal IT.
• Experience recruiting full-time hires in ERP/BI, web services, cloud, cybersecurity, or mission IT.
• Experience recruiting technical candidates for W-2 hourly and salaried positions.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse and Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated success recruiting cleared technical professionals at Public Trust, Secret, and TS/SCI levels.
• Current authorization to work in the United States for any employer; bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.
