TL;DR

Commercial Outbound ADR (AI): Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across the EMEA commercial segment with an accent on outbound campaign management and lead generation. Focus on engaging decision-makers via multi-channel outreach and utilizing AI tools to optimize sales productivity.

Location: Hybrid from central London office (2–3 days a week)

What you will do

  • Build and execute end-to-end outbound campaigns from ideation to qualified meetings.
  • Engage decision-makers using phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline management within Salesforce.
  • Leverage AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) to personalize messaging and boost productivity.
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development through weekly mentorship.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German is essential.
  • Experience in customer-facing or sales roles (including internships, retail, or hospitality).
  • Hunter mentality with a proactive approach to finding new leads.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Genuine curiosity and interest in API and AI connectivity technology.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the London office (2-3 days per week).
