What you will do

• Assist in the setup and teardown of VIP hospitality lounges to maintain brand standards.
• Execute on-site VIP experiences, delivering high-quality engagement for paying customers.
• Maintain consistent communication with the VIP Manager to ensure program efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by utilizing sport knowledge to engage with guests.
• Coordinate with management to assess and manage supply needs for VIP operations.
• Support the continuous improvement of the VIP Experience Program.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Live Events.
• Experience with Shopify or other E-commerce platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Adaptability, punctuality, and patience in a fast-paced event environment.
• College degree preferred.
• Knowledge of the sport preferred.
