TL;DR

Member Experience Administrator (Skillbridge): Supporting the Marketing Division in ensuring effective member engagement and smooth operations across membership processes with an accent on CRM management and member communication. Focus on triaging inquiries, maintaining accurate member data, and coordinating onboarding for new members.

Location: Remote in specific US states: AL, FL, IN, MO, NC, NM, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WY. Open only to Skillbridge applicants (Transitioning active-duty military in their final 180 days of service).

What you will do

  • Manage membership inboxes, triaging and responding to member inquiries.
  • Maintain member records and data hygiene within CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Support new member application intake, onboarding, and renewal processing.
  • Execute member communications, including email campaigns and webinars.
  • Coordinate with internal IT, Finance, and Contracts teams to resolve member issues.
  • Generate reports on member activity and engagement for internal visibility.

Requirements

  • Must be a Skillbridge applicant (transitioning active-duty military in final 180 days of service).
  • Must be located in one of the following states: AL, FL, IN, MO, NC, NM, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WY.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or equivalent professional/military experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Prior experience in administrative, customer service, or support roles.
  • Current or prior security clearance.
