What you will do

  • Provide administrative support to the Scenic Team across multiple live projects.
  • Raise purchase orders and coordinate the ordering of materials, equipment, and services.
  • Coordinate labor bookings and support overall resource planning.
  • Assist with project scheduling, progress tracking, and delivery planning.
  • Support transport and logistics planning for project deliveries and collections.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and assist with event accounts administration.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in the Castle Donington facility.
  • Flexibility for early starts, late finishes, and weekend work is essential.
  • Successful candidates must provide 2 references and complete a basic DBS check.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in administrative, coordination, or project support roles.
  • Experience within the events, fabrication, construction, or creative industries.
  • Familiarity with project management or scheduling processes.
  • Experience managing purchasing activities and liaising with suppliers.
