TL;DR

Field Marketing Manager (Fintech): Developing and implementing in-region marketing initiatives to generate demand and drive pipeline growth with an accent on strategic field programs and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on executing regional events, tradeshows, and digital campaigns to accelerate revenue in target accounts.

Location: Austin, Texas or Chicago, Illinois. Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is NOT available.

What you will do

  • Execute North America Field Marketing strategy to support lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Develop data-driven marketing plans including regional events, tradeshows, virtual sessions, and digital campaigns.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate success and inform strategic adjustments.
  • Partner with sales and sales development teams to increase conversions and drive net new revenue.
  • Document best practices to create programmatic and scalable marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of field or partner marketing experience.
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving B2B sales results through field initiatives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and project management skills.
  • Authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

  • Solid understanding of the finance, accounting, or fintech ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, and Asana.
  • BA/BS degree, prior CPA certification, or accounting experience.
