Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid workforce; office-based as needed)

What you will do
- Own end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing workstreams: grooming, execution, optimization, and measurement to drive revenue, conversions, engagement, and retention.
- Architect and optimize cross-channel customer journeys across multi-channel marketing (e.g., outbound calling, email, digital marketing).
- Establish and evolve data architecture and governance to enable personalization, segmentation, and measurement at scale.
- Bridge Marketing and IT by defining requirements and guiding technical implementation for business outcomes.
- Lead Martech roadmap and prioritization for tools and capabilities to improve speed, scalability, and platform health.
- Run deep-dive analyses to identify gaps and inefficiencies, then translate insights into standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on data analytics with strong understanding of platform capabilities and limitations.
- Strategic ability to translate business goals into scalable Martech solutions.
- Proven leadership and ownership experience driving initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Strong prioritization, planning, and delegation across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Track record delivering measurable outcomes while balancing long-term vision with near-term execution.
- Excellent communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders; English required.
Nice to have
- Experience in the telecommunications industry or related fields.
- Marketing Cloud Certification (strongly preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
