TL;DR

Martech Enablement Operations Lead (Martech): Own end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing workstreams and the marketing technology ecosystem with an accent on cross-channel customer journeys, data architecture/governance, and measurable engagement outcomes. Focus on architecting scalable Martech solutions and driving AI use cases for customer engagement across multi-channel marketing.

Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid workforce; office-based as needed)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing workstreams: grooming, execution, optimization, and measurement to drive revenue, conversions, engagement, and retention.
  • Architect and optimize cross-channel customer journeys across multi-channel marketing (e.g., outbound calling, email, digital marketing).
  • Establish and evolve data architecture and governance to enable personalization, segmentation, and measurement at scale.
  • Bridge Marketing and IT by defining requirements and guiding technical implementation for business outcomes.
  • Lead Martech roadmap and prioritization for tools and capabilities to improve speed, scalability, and platform health.
  • Run deep-dive analyses to identify gaps and inefficiencies, then translate insights into standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on data analytics with strong understanding of platform capabilities and limitations.
  • Strategic ability to translate business goals into scalable Martech solutions.
  • Proven leadership and ownership experience driving initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong prioritization, planning, and delegation across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Track record delivering measurable outcomes while balancing long-term vision with near-term execution.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders; English required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the telecommunications industry or related fields.
  • Marketing Cloud Certification (strongly preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
