What you will do

• Act as a legal business partner to revenue teams in EMEA, translating legal risks into actionable business advice.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including SaaS contracts, professional services agreements, and NDAs.
• Manage and prioritize a high-volume workflow to ensure efficient deal closure.
• Address data privacy questions and negotiate Data Processing Agreements.
• Support the continuous improvement of legal processes and agreement templates.
• Collaborate with internal clients to solve problems while maintaining company policy and risk tolerance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software or technology company.
• Fluency in German (written and verbal).
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Admitted to the bar or authorized to practice law in Israel, the UK, or a European country.
• Must have the legal right to work in Germany without visa sponsorship.
• Experience with data privacy and handling Data Processing Agreements.
