Salary: $160,100 - $286,000 USD

What you will do

• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial transactions, including SaaS, licensing, and master services agreements.
• Provide legal counseling to management and sales leaders on corporate, commercial, and intellectual property matters.
• Assess contractual and regulatory risks for new product offerings, including data protection and cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to ensure legal services align with business needs and standards.
• Manage outside counsel in a cost-effective manner for transactional, litigation, or compliance needs.
• Lead and strategically guide the legal support for specific business lines, managing at least one direct report.

Requirements

• J.D. or equivalent law degree from an internationally recognized institution.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of corporate/commercial legal experience.
• Strong expertise in SaaS arrangements, software, and e-commerce transactions.
• Proven ability to lead and manage direct reports.
• Experience working within a global, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex legal concepts for business clients.
